Mountain
bikes are not all created equal. Someone who knows mountain bikes
is most certainly going to be able see and feel the difference between
a top of the line bike and a middle of the road one! Of course, if you
are a novice, then there is little reason to fork all of your money
over for an expensive mountain bike right now. Only once you have started
to master the sport and feel very comfortable on your bike and on the
trails should you upgrade to a more expensive mountain bike.
